What's the difference between #76106 and #76115? They are both with flange.

The #76106 has a steel clip. If you just screw your things in cabinets, you don't have to buy the one with a steel clip.

There is no difference in application between the single mode and multimode adapters. The separate colours are designed for matching colours of fiber patch cables, providing convenience for distinguishing corresponding cables when cabling.
