The FEC(Forward error correction) is a function of the switch. 100G cables do not require the FEC function to be enabled.

Yes, I used FS BOX before. I code the 100G transceivers from Cisco to Juniper. So I guess you could code from Cisco to HW.

The length does not include the transceivers but does include the breakout part. In other words, the cable is 2ft long.

Upon confirmation, your device supports 100G and also supports branching applications. Your device can also be used with a 25G NIC #75603, but not with a 10G NIC. The customized item #49617 is recommended and select "Dual Compatibility Solutions" in the compatibility options. Choose Dell compatibility for the 100G port and Cisco compatibility for the 25G port.
