Looking to connect a S3150-8T2FP back to a S3900-48T6S-R over one strand single mode fiber. I am new to using BiDi modules and would wondering could you recommend a set for this purpose?

Hi, it is possible. Pay attention to the rate consistency and don't use 1G code for 10G modules.

According to the description, blue represents wavelength: 1310, purple represents 1490, the switch model is HPE Switch Hewlett Packard Enterprise J9981A, so you can choose HP-compatible #32650 with#32653
