Both are 800G OSFP to OSFP passive DAC cables. The OSFP-800G-PCxxx has finned tops on both ends, while the OSFPFL-800G-PCxxx has flat tops on both ends. Finned Top cables are mainly used on switches, whereas Flat Top cables are used on DGX H100 servers. You can select the appropriate option based on the device you are using.

OSFP 800G DAC is a passive copper cable with a connector that does not contain active components, provides a direct electrical connection between the corresponding cable ends, and has a maximum transmission distance of 3m. An ACC is a passive DAC with a pre-emphasis equaliser included in each end, which can extend the length of the cable; OSFP-800G-ACxxx can extend the length to 4m, and 5m while maintaining low latency and low power consumption of 1.3W per end.
