If you choose not to renew your subscription service, it may affect the normal use of some features, IPS, AV, URL filtering can be used normally, but the feature library is no longer updated. In addition, TI and Qos can only be used within the valid subscription period. We recommend considering whether to renew your subscription service before it expires, to ensure that you can continue to enjoy the full functionality and the latest updates. If you choose not to maintain the device's license, your device will still be functional. However, please note that by not renewing the license, you will lose the hardware maintenance period guarantee and will be unable to update the software and application recognition library.

You just need to provide us with the device's serial number (SN), and we will generate the corresponding license and subscription service authorization file for you. You can then import this authorization file into your device to complete the license activation and subscription service authorization.
