I can't confirm if they work in the SG350 series, but they do work in cisco Nexus 9k series switches.

FEC (Forward Error Correction) is an error correction technique to detect and correct a limited number of errors in transmitted data without the need for retransmission. It works by adding redundant bits to a bitstream to help the decoder detect and correct some transmission errors without the need for retransmission. This function needs to be turned on by the transmission device.

I do have a couple of these plugged into Cisco N9K-C93180-YC-EX switches without issue, and they work great.

Yes, you can use the 60km transceivers on short-distance link with additional fiber optic attenuators of 20dB in the link, such as #70011 and #70009 combined.
