Of course. Both grades of wire can be used together, but the minimum bending radius of G.657.A2 (7.5mm) is better than G.657.A1 (10mm).

These are standard indoor-rated fibers. I run them inside the conduit indoors. Maybe you could try industrial cable such as #70220 for outdoor.

The difference is mainly the minimum bending radius, the minimum bending radius of G.657.A1 is 10mm, while the minimum bending radius of G.657.A2 is 7.5mm.

Absolutely. In fact, that is what these are primarily used for. Of course, you would need a switch with single mode optical transceivers to plug into.
