We are looking at options for long-distance QSFP+ 40g optics. I noticed the QSFP+ 40GBASE-ZR4 optic, (FS P/N: QSFP-ZR4-40G) and am wondering if it is compatible with our N3K-C3172PQ-XL Cisco Nexus switch. Cisco compatibility datasheets only show their OEM optics go out to 10km. Do you know if the 80km FS optic will work?
