200G HDR uses 4x50G PAM4 modulation, HDR100 uses 2x50G PAM4 modulation, and 100G EDR uses 4x25G NRZ modulation. Generally, 200G HDR devices are backward compatible with HDR100 and EDR.

No, they are not compatible. The branch ends of QSFP-200G-2QPCxxx are QSFP56 ports and use 2x 50G-PAM4 modulation, while the 100G QSFP28 network card uses 4x25G NRZ modulation. We recommend MCX653105A-ECAT-SP with a 100G QSFP56 port.

Yes, this Breakout DAC is Plenum-rated (OFNR), which means it is safe to use in plenum spaces, such as those found in commercial buildings. It meets the fire safety and environmental requirements for such installations.
