The 100GBASE-SR4 QSFP+ transceivers use 12 fibers multimode MTP Type B trunk cables for direct connection such as product #12FMTPOM4 and as for 25G to 100G network upgrade connection, 8 fibers OM4 MTP-LC Type B harness cable #8FMTPLCOM4 can be applied.

I purchased one MTP 8 Fibers Breakout Cable before linking them, and works well so far. The PN is 8FMTPLCOM4.

1.9dB is the value calculated in the most extreme case. In fact, the power budget of our module is around 10dB, we're able to provide you with some test reports before the shipment is arranged if you need them.

No. The 100G QSFP28 form factor has just 4 electrical lanes, which is not enough to support 10 lanes of 10G electrical interface. so the 100G QSFP SR4 cannot interoperate with SR10 based 100GbE transceivers.
