No, this product does not support multi-rate auto-negotiatio. For your needs, the SFP-10GM-T-30 is recommended. It is a 10GBase-T auto-negotiation module designed for 10G SFP+ ports. It must be used in a 10G port and does not support 1G ports (although it can be physically inserted, no connection will be established), and the local end cannot be forcibly downgraded. This module supports multi-rate auto-negotiation at 10M/100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G, adjusting automatically according to the speed of the peer device. The actual speed depends on the peer device. When the peer module's rate is 10G, the local end will auto-negotiate to 10G; when the peer module's rate is 100M, the local end will auto-negotiate to 100M, and so on for other rates.

The key difference is the operating temperature range. The SFP-10G-T-30I supports the industrial temperature range (-40 to 85°C), while the SFP-10G-T-30 supports the commercial temperature range (0 to 70°C).

The 10G-T 30m MARVELL 88X3310 interface is XFI with Rate Matching, which working mode is similar to SGMII.
