Netgear SFP-1/10GLR-31 Compatible SFP+ transceiver supports up to 10km over OS2 SMF via an LC duplex connector. This transceiver is compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-LR/LW, and 10G Fibre Channel 1200-SM-LL-L. Digital diagnostics monitoring is available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472. Featuring low power consumption, high speed, this 10G SFP+ transceiver is ideal for data center, 10G Ethernet and Fibre Channel etc.
Note: The FS P/N is changed from SFP-10GLR-31 to SFP-10GMLR-31, but the product is the same. Only the FS P/N has been changed.

I use this to connect my branch offices to server room by private fiber cables. We have never found a one that works this well without any performance issues. We have multiple VLAN and transmit the the CCTV feeds of several cameras plus the internal network server range to branch offices with DHCP serving from the main server room, the performance has no issues and it can handle any amount of traffic we throw at it. Works well with low power and without overheating a bit.
