This Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier (EDFA) is designed for the Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) networks. The device features wide input power, tunable output power and low noise figure which are used in long-haul transmission applications, especially for PDH, SDH, SONET and optical Ethernet transmission application.
