The S3240-8T is a high-performance Layer 2+ Ethernet switch delivering a cost-effective and efficient solution for access layer deployments in SMB, IP MAN (metropolitan area network), government, and enterprise networks. It offers 96 Gbps (bidirectional) of switching capacity and 72 Mpps of forwarding performance, equipped with 8x 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports and 4x 10G SFP+ uplinks, ensuring high-density access and non-blocking transmission. Pre-installed with the PicOS® system (with a perpetual license), the switch supports QoS, Voice VLAN, and LACP without additional licensing requirements, and comes with five years of hardware and software support.
