The Generic Compatible 800G QSFP-DD Active Electrical Cable is copper cable with retimer chip at both ends for complete signal integrity and is designed for use in 800G Ethernet. AEC can solve the technical barriers of data loss in PAM4 signal transmission. Compared with traditional passive copper cables, 800Gbps AEC cable can achieve long-distance transmission of 5m without significantly increasing signal attenuation. It provides a QSFP-DD copper direct-attach solution. This cable is compliant with QSFP-DD MSA (Multi-Source Agreement), IEEE 802.3ck and CMIS 5.0 standards. With these features, this easy to install, high speed, cost-effective direct attach copper twinax cable is suitable for short-distance connectivity within a rack or between adjacent racks in data centers.
