64 Channels DWDM Mux Demux, Super C-band 75GHz 191.3625-196.0875THz, with Monitor Port, 5.8dB Typical IL, LC/UPC, Dual Fiber, FMU 1U Rack Mount

The 64CH Mux Demux, based on AAWG (Flat-top), is a passive DWDM device featuring high density, low loss, and long-haul transmission suitability. It is integrated with a monitor port, which allows easy troubleshooting without downtime. In addition, this unit can be used as either a multiplexer or de-multiplexer (Mux/Demux). It combines 64-channel of DWDM wavelengths into a composite signal and separates the combined DWDM signal into 64-channel individual wavelengths over a pair of single-mode optical fiber. In accordance with the ITU-T G.694.2, it maximizes the capacity of the C-band range.

It supports 1G/10G/25G Ethernet, SDH/SONET, 16/8/4/2/1G Fiber Channel, FTTx and CATV. When deployed with FS DWDM optical transceivers, OEO, EDFA and OADM modules, the Mux Demux seamlessly enables flexible network architectures ranging from simple point-to-point connections to amplified ring configurations.

Features
Diversified Ports for 64 Channels DWDM Mux Demux

The CH1-CH64 channel port for ITU grid DWDM traffic. Line port for multiplexed signal transmission. MON port for optical performance monitoring.

Super C-band Improves System Transmission Capacity and Distance

Super C-band can transmit 120 wavelengths at a 50GHz channel spacing and transmit 80 wavelengths at a 75GHz channel spacing, greatly expanding the effective working spectrum.

Signal Multiplexing and Demultiplexing in Fiber Optic Communications

The DWDM Mux Demux integrates both multiplexing (Mux) and demultiplexing (Demux) functions. The Mux combines optical signals of different wavelengths at the transmitting end and couples them into a single fiber for transmission. The Demux separates the multi-wavelength signals at the receiving end, essentially performing the reverse process of the Mux.

Mix of Services Multiplexing at Any Rate
Flexible mix of 1G/10G/25G Ethernet, SDH/SONET, 16/8/4/2/1G FC, FTTx and CATV, it's transparent to any rate, any service multiplexing and upgrade.

Monitor Port for Your Diversified Monitoring Needs

Usually, at a split of 1% (2%, 3%, 5% optional), the monitor port offers flexible monitoring ways to test the power, wavelength and OSNR of the optical signal without service interruption.

Hybrid CWDM-DWDM System for Network Expansion
By using the 1530nm and 1550nm CWDM channels, it becomes possible to transmit multiple DWDM channels within a single CWDM channel, providing a solution that is both cost-effective and easily expandable.
1530±6.5=1523.5nm~1536.5nm
