Cat6 UTP RJ45 Punch Down Keystone Jack Module is designed to terminate 4-pair, 23-26 AWG twisted pair cable. Each module is factory tested to exceed industry standard performance requirements. Contacts are plated with 50 microinches of gold for superior performance. Jacks are individually serialized, and are compatible with keystone interfaces such as faceplates, modular patch panels and surface mount boxes.

I bought a few of these keystone RJ-45 adapters. I put them on my new patch panel.
They've worked well so far.
