We purchased this replace an older POE switch in our lighting network that provides power to multiple DMX control nodes in a theatre venue. I like the simplicity and the build seems to be of great quality. I also love how the PSU is built into the unit rather than having to deal with a separate power brick. I'm impressed so far and will likely purchase more.

Ran internet out into my garage but I was running a Gigabit speed system in my house. I figured with Gigabit not being too expensive I ran some high quality Ethernet cable in conduit up to this little switch then split it off into the garage. I primarily wanted wired internet for the garage as the wireless could not carry the video streaming back to the house well enough. With gigabit Ethernet I run a 24/7 POE camera as well as a Smart TV and room for another jack which I had used a laptop. Great Price too and no worries as it is a unmanaged switch.
