This Ptz camera it is awesome,I like the video quality,colours ,not making noise..It is cheaper than others PTZ cameras but the same quality.I am happy with this product!

Initially, we were having trouble with the camera moving all the way left or right when we pressed the left and right buttons on the remote, but we eventually figured out that the batteries in the camera remote were low and that was causing the erratic behavior. Just make sure the batteries are in good shape and then the remote works very well. Good picture, good zoom, high-quality video. We are using this as a webcam currently connected to a PC.
