This product is so big that I can put all my cat6 cables through. And the ring is made of plastic, which will not hurt my cable. I have bought a cable manager with metal rings in another supplier before, but after a few days of using , there were some nicks on my cable. Overall, very satisfied with the plastic D-rings.
