Thanks for your questions, yes, the Cisco SFP-10G-SR is compatible with the Cisco switches, and there isn't evidence that software version will affect compatibility.

Thanks for your question. I'm afraid that this Cisco compatible optic cannot work in an Intel X520 DP 10Gb DA/SFP+ card in a Dell R640 server. You can choose the Intel-compatible #36431 to meet your requirement.

The #11552 transceiver cannot be compatible with Adapter in this link, but #11559 can be compatible with it. Hope this can do some help.

I have tried optics from many different 3rd parties, and these are the first ones that I haven't had to RMA, or had problems with. Their product arrives on time and they always follow up to ensure that I am satisfied with my order. In addition to the optics I have also bought passive coax 10G cables, and the quality was just as good.
I will be using FS.COM for all of my optic needs from here on.
These modules are awesome. They work prefectly. They are recognized right away with the speeds advertised. FS support has been great with all of our questions and helping us find the right modules for our needs. We will be using FS again the future for our Fiber needs. Thank you!
Modules work properly however they present FS.COM vendor string unlike some dodgy Chinese modules shamelessly copying original vendor strings, thus being detected as genuine parts by hardware. Im not sure if law even allows such thing in Europe though. Nevertheless FS.COM modules present themselves as generic SFP+ modules. They dont seem to be personalized in any way for F5. Even part number on module itself is generic. It results in warnings reported by F5 AOM LCD screen non F5 optics detected. Apart from that operate properly in both F5 BIG-IP i2600 and MikroTik CRS317.
