The 40CH Mux and Demux is an active optical module based on AAWG Gaussian technology, which multiplexes several streams of signals over a single fiber using different wavelengths to expand the capacity of existing fibers without investing large amounts of money. It is designed for maximum configuration flexibility, the Mux Demux can plug directly into the M6200 managed chassis, each module occupying four slots.
This module can facilitate an integrated cost-effective and flexible optical layer solution by incorporating a variety of optical layer boards, such as OEO/EDFA/DCM/OLP/R/B. And it supports 1+1 protection of the main control board, visual management, and realizes seamless deployment safely and efficiently, which can be used in DWDM dual-fiber solution, education, retail, entertainment and other industries to solve the problems of high O&M costs and difficult deployment.
