S3410-24TS-P, 24-Port Gigabit Ethernet L2+ PoE+ Switch, 24 x PoE+ Ports @740W, with 2 x 10Gb SFP+ Uplinks and 2 x Combo SFP Ports, Broadcom Chip

This is my first FS product purchase. I typically use Cisco, HP, Adtran, and I didn't give FS consideration until I encountered supply chain issues with the big names, and very high prices. This FS switch is powerful and loaded with features for more than half what the big boys are charging. I needed these ASAP for a project so I gave them a try. They have warehouses around the US, so I got mine next day with free ground shipping. The hardware all appears to be top notch, on par with what I'm used to. I had to dig a little to find what I needed to do the basic setup, so I would say the documentation could be better, but in fairness, I've also had the same issues with other brands.
The web interface is much different than I'm used to. It's very basic, but I was able to do everything I needed. I had these online in a short time and they've been in production for a week and performing as required. The 5 year warranty provides reassurance as well.
I would definitely purchase FS products again.

Ordering, follow up and delivery was right on time. We are still building up the system so units are still in the box. We can comment further once we get the units on line.

I purchased 2 S3410-24TS-Ps, most of the configurations can be operated on the WEB interface, it is not difficult for me, and I have not encountered any problems for the time being.
