The DWDM Red/Blue band filter is 3-port filter that separates or combines Red band wavelength signals and Blue band wavelength signals in C band.

It's designed for amplifying the Bi-directional signals in a single fiber DWDM system and high power amplification system.

I have bought FMU-MD08EA, but my engineer told me I still need red and blue filters, can I use M6200-RB in my link?

A:

No, the mux demux band is outside the band range of the red and blue filters. Blue band wavelength range is CH45-CH60, red band wavelength range is CH21-CH36. I recommend the FMU-D162136A and FMU-D164560B for use with the red and blue filters.
