Nice device. Easy to use and friendly interface.

I have been using the FSBox v3 for a few weeks now at the office and have recently used it out in the field during a deployment. The FSBox seems very durable and is small enough to be packed away in a backpack without fear of it falling apart. I initially had an issue where I could not figure out how to save a save after a diagnostic test but my sales representative has followed up and provided easy to use instructions on how to accomplish it. I am still having an issue where after setting a specific s/n for an SFP it will not set and not recognize the s/n I have set inside the switch. It would be nice if the case came with a travel case or plugs to cover the unused ports when not in use.
The box makes it very convenient for DAC cables where you can set 2 different manufacturers for each side of the cable and if you have a manufacturer specific SFP to copy the configuration into a generic FS.com SFP.
The website interface on FSBox.com is easy to use and gives the ability for FS to come out with updates often and provide new and easier ways to explore the already easy to use product.
Customer service has been amazing and I just want to say thanks to Wanda Wang for all her follow up emails and continued sales support.

Excellent work tool, allows you to carry out compatibility and diagnostic tests of the modules

The product is user-friendly thanks to the intuitive Fsbox.com user interface. It offers great flexibility and compatibility, supporting a variety of brands for configuration. The speed to configure the transceivers are reasonably fast and the process is just a simple plug in & out.

excellent box, very useful being able to recode existing transceivers

I tried this product to add Dell code to a 10G-SR SFP and it works great. I'm still yet to try other codes, will add more review later.
