Yes, the order was picked up yesterday and is working well. We had a need for two cables in an emergency. They were in stock at the US warehouse, which is located approximately 45 minutes from our office. It was the perfect solution to our problem. The staff at the warehouse had the order waiting when I arrived to pick it up and it was ready even before I expected it. The only suggestion that I would offer is to have a sign on the front door regarding the doorbell to ring. The door was locked and the doorbell was not clear. Someone waiting inside opened the door for me after a few minutes. Other than that, I greatly appreciate the pickup service. It helped us very much.I will also be following up regarding the SFP order and processing a PO for that.

Good for my application

We need to build a 40G-10G connection. After consulting with my account manager, we find this AOC harness cable is better for our needs. We prefer fiber than copper, and we want to reuse our existing 10G transceivers. Now it turns to be a total success. Our system is running like a gear with no disconnection. At first, we were worried about the joint between the transceiver and the fiber, as we bought such harness cable elsewhere before that was loose and finally broke. But everything is different with FS. We are assured by their quality commitment. Sure enough, we have got the perfect AOC cables from FS. Highly recommend.

This AOC cable is well picked up by my device. Using it to break 40G into 4x 10G links can be a piece of cake. I find no packet loss and the transfer efficiency meets my expectation. It can work very stably for my system. I’m quite satisfied with this buying.

We purchased many of these of these cables in the last 10 months. At first we were testing them as FS.com was a new supplier for us. Now that we have used these at 4 of our deployment sites, they have become our preferred vendor for OM3 cables, as well as SFP+ transceivers. We have had zero issues with these so far.

For better cable management, different lengths of DAC cables are required. FS initiative can help provide customized length of the DAC. In addition, I also need one end compatible with Cisco, one end compatible with Intel, they can also meet. This is definitely a major advantage.
And whether it is in day or at middle of the night, FS customer service is always there to help, feeling like 24 hours without rest.
