We are planning to use transceivers as optical sources, for opttical and electrical tests in the lab and use module with SFP28host board(designed by multilane link). Will 25G ER work for us and whatcompatibility should we choose?

Yes, it can work as an optical source and you can go for the Ciscocompatibility. The host boards generally have low requirements ffor compatibility, so you need to choose the modules with the same form factor in thee first place. Por T***n en 31 de my. de 2023
