Use an MTP female 12 fibers Type B OS2 trunk cable to connect two 40GBASE-PLRL4 optics. Product build quality is top notch, so is the performance.

PLRL4 QSFP+ module works well with 10GBASE-LR SFP+ transceiver modules. FS optics are easy to install and plug & play.

Our device is from Edgecore. We asked the AM if the 40G module can work with our device. The guy checks the datasheet, and offers us an affirmative answer. We get the item, and practically it operates well on the Edgecore.

Wanted to use the 40G module to do 4x 10G connections. FS guys told us the module could do this and recommended single mode MTP harness cables to connect the module. Bought the modules and MTP cables together. They achieved 4x 10G links.

Our Catalyst C9500 and Nexus 92160 switches instantly recognize these modules, bandwidth and transfer speeds test exactly as expected. Have used other FS transceivers in the past and they've always worked great. These are no exceptions. Price is fantastic.

We needed to buy some networking products to provide business traffic to airlines. And the distance between the two buildings was about 200 meters. They can realize 4x10G connection via MTP-LC breakout cable, for which we planned to use in another data center for network upgrade.

We had two Dell switches running in two different buildings in about 360 meters away. And due to the distance requirement, we needed transceivers that support transmission distance about 1.2km. So we ordered a series of 40GBASE-PLRL4 QSFP+ transceivers from FS. Now, they work flawlessly, with stable transmission.

Our network upgrading between two buildings was to start and we needed some 40G transceivers urgently. The FS staff gave us a preference for delivery. Thanks to them, the transceivers arrived at our site within three days. Now, they have been working with our Cisco ASR 9000 Series switch, no issues.
