Can Passive Direct Attack Copper Twinax cable be used for stacking multiple FS S3900 switches? What is the benefit of using Active optical cable instead? To Stack 3 switches, how may such sables are required?
#21269 DAC cables can be used to stack FS S3900 series switches. Due to hardware limitations, we recommend using less than 1M cable when stacking. Kindly noted that the FS S3900 series switches support up to 6 stacks. If you use optical fiber to stack, there is no distance limit.
