Yes, there are RJ45 Jacks on both sides of the panel, then you can connect the patch cables directly. If the transmission distance you need is less than 30m, the patch panel supports 10G with Cat6a shielded cables. But when it's more than 30m, the transmission rate usually can't up to 10G.
