I need a switch to replace my old CATALYST C9300 48-port, which has 4 SFP+ modules and VPN, and other functions such as: 1G port, Layer 3. Can you recommend a switch to me based on these requirements?

Cisco C9300 48-port has a variety of models, mainly divided into POE switches and non-POE switches.
