The Cisco XFP-10GLR-OC192SR & 10GBASE-LR SFP+ 1310nm 10km are both LC duplex, 1310nm wavelength, 10km transmission distance, they're just with different form factor(one is XFP, the other is SFP+), they can be compatible with each other. Di T***a on 30/04/2021
