Can https://www.fs.com/products/13663.html be used on #64246? The outer tube diameter of #13663 is 3.5mm, which is larger than the required diameter of #64246.

During the fiber fusion process, #13663 will sunken inward at high temperature and the diameter will become smaller. Thus the reference diameter should be the after recover diameter 2.6mm, not the outer tube diameter 3.5mm. In the actual fiber fusion process, there will also be an error between ±1~2mm, so it can be used together. Di FS.com on 14/05/2022
