    Place an order

    Visit the FS.COM website at www.fs.com. We are here for you.

    Select the product that you want to buy online, click on "Add to Cart" button. Then, you can view your cart and proceed to check out, fill out the delivery details and payment details to pay and complete your order.

    Check order status

    Thank you for shopping with us. We provide you an easy way to gain access to your orders.

    Open the FS.COM website, and simply click Track Your Package  to check your order status by entering your email address and order number.

    If you want more relevant order info, you can visit My Orders.

    Change or edit order

    Sign in FS.COM account and visit My Orders page to view your orders.

    Once you submit your order, it immediately enters our order processing system. But if you do have to change the order, such as changing the product or quanity, etc. You can contact us to change your order as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

    Cancel order

    we understand that, in some cases, you may no longer need the products and want to cancel the order.

    If what you purchased are our standard products, usually, cancellation can be allowed before shipping. However, once customized items are processing, they are no longer eligible for cancellation.

    View or print invoice

    FS.COM creates an invoice for your order.

    You can view or print individual invoices on your My Orders page after you sign in to your FS.COM account. Find the order and click the “Print Invoices” button to print your invoice.

    FS.COM accepts a variety of payment methods for your purchase.

    We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Western Union, PO (Purchase Order) payment.

    FS.COM offers business pricing to those customers whose FS.COM account are approved business accounts.
    As long as you place the orders through your FS.COM business account, you can get the products at a favorabla price. Want to get a discount for a large order?

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Free shipping

    Orders with Free Shipping by FS.COM.

    Free shipping service will be applied to orders with a total amount over US$79 and a shipping address in United States, Mexico, Canada, UK or EU countries, and all items must be in stock in our warehouses. Large items, such as bulk cables and network cabinet, are not eligible for free shipping.

    FS.COM offers different shipping methods for the convenience of local customers.

    Delivery time

    Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 48 hours, however there maybe a short delay during holidays and peak seasons.

    Delivery time varies depending on the carrier. Ususally, FedEX - within 1~4 business days, DHL- within 2~6 business days, UPS- within 2~5 business days, EMS - within 4~15 business days.

    Replacement or maintenance

    FS.COM's return policy allows you to return items for replacement or maintenance.

    Items you received that are damaged, defective, wrong or not work properly, can be returned for free replacement within 30 days from the date you received it. Free return for maintenance is offered until the end of warranty.

    FS.COM offers 30-Day “No Reason Return” policy. All products must be purchased from FS.COM and in good condition. Custom products are not eligible for return.

    Create an FS.COM account

    Shopping online through a FS.COM account is faster and more convenient.

    A free FS.COM account gives you easy access to all products online. You can sign in to make an order directly, check on an order status through the website, stay in touch with us at all times, and more.

    Manage account information

    It's easy to change or update any information on your account.

    After signing in to the “ My Account ” page, you can edit your information, update your address or email information, view order history, check order status, or raise any questions.

    Forgot & reset password

    Password can be easily reset to make sure your account stays safe and fuctions well as well as make orders online in time.
