Q: Where can I find the lead time and inventory?
A:Above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page, you can see the delivery date and inventory updated in real time. If the quantity shown for local warehouse isn't enough to fulfill your order, we will transfer the required stock from Global Warehouse.
Q: How long does transloading take?
A:It takes about 5-8 business days to transfer from the Global Warehouse to each local warehouse.
Q: When the local warehouse is out of stock and I need to transfer the goods from the Global Warehouse, do I need to pay extra for shipping?
A:It depends on whether there are heavy goods, and whether the order amount reaches the free shipping amount. Any items with "Free Shipping" listed on the product page are eligible for the free shipping service.
1. If there is no heavy goods, and the order amount reaches the free shipping amount, then there will be no charge for shipping.
2. If there are some heavy goods, the international freight will be charged for the heavy goods, and the non-heavy goods will be free of charge if the amount reaches the free shipping amount. if it is not reached, then the entire order will be charged.
3. If all of the products are heavy goods, then all shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
