Can I use this from Dell S5232 to connect a Dell server with 10G NIC?

Works great. I used to connect Supermicro servers to a Dell switch.

Perfect Quality. Works as expected. I used this cable to link a mellanox Connect-x 3 card with a QSFP ending (40gpbs) in my workstation to a standard SFP+ switch at 10gbps. Only the first link works (you have to leave 3 sfp+ endings hanging) but saves you from buying a QSA (QSFP to SFP+ adapter) and a SFP+ DAC cable instead.
