Having had this device for over a month, i have been able to test irseveral places. By-and-large it is a great value for the money. Although it does not successfully replace one other $3,000.00 conference room"speaker phones", it doesn't cost that much and does a good job without wires if you so choose. The Bluetooth paring works very well, and if you use the same device with this speaker, it will pair instantly upon power up. The battery life is great, lasting many hours of continuous use. if you and your crew sit within pickup range 5m ， the voice quality, both incoming and outgoing, is much better than a cell phone's capability.
The power button provides a great battery life gauge; mute and volume functions operate quite conventionally.

I travel a lot for business and I have this speaker dual homed to my laptop (via USB) and cell phone (via Bluetooth), and it works great as a portable speaker phone for travel.

The audio output is fantastic . When I’m not on calls I use it as a very capable external speaker for streaming music.

It works great as advertised. I was hating wearing a headset for meetings. This speaker phone does the trick.

A wonderful addition to an home/office for conference calls.

GREAT FOR HYBRID ZOOM MEETINGS!
I got this so that we could do hybrid zoom meetings. I tested it through both my phone and my computer. It picked up the audio very well on both. We could also hear very well.
It took a little bit of figuring out how to hook it up. The directions weren't the best. But I called customer service and they got me set up.
