Are the Cisco QSFP-H40G-AOC1M optical cable detachable from the transceiver where perhaps in the future, I wanted to change the length I’d be able to just purchase a longer optical cable and reuse the transceiver?

Thanks for your question. It's unavailable to disassemble cable from the transceiver. One of the advantages of AOC is that it does not need to carry out repeated plugging and unplugging of module and jumpers, and there is no need to worry about the pollution of optical interface. It is convenient for management and maintenance with high stability and low cost. If it is detachable, these advantages do not exist, and the price will be more expensive than our modules.
