The sales and tech support team were very helpful in getting me the part I needed and it has worked flawlessly.
I'm not a large purchaser but the FS team still takes the time to help me find what I need a polite and professional manner.

These worked well for my situation.
The back story: I have a remote site that has a fiber connection. The fiber is in ok shape but it does have some loss, especially in cold weather. The responsibility for the fiber is not mine and the department that is responsible can't drop their busy schedule to troubleshoot an intermittent problem.
We ordered one of these first to test them out before loading up a little bit on spares. The first unit didn't work. Here's where I must compliment the FS team. I contacted them and after a short explanation of the issue I was having I was sent a new unit. It worked flawlessly and our communication has held up through some pretty severe weather. Based on that performance we ordered three more spares. We tested all the spares and everything worked.
The one we had replaced is the first unit from FS I've had that didn't work. They handled the issue quickly.
Things don't always work right. How those situations are handled are a true test of a company's commitment to customer support and service. FS did a great job. My customer service rep, Joey Cheng, is wonderful to work with and is very professional while still maintaining the human aspect to our interactions.
