Worked out of the box like a charm with my 25G Intel XXV710 cards and my Mikrotik CRS510 switch. No reprogramming required. Just make sure to disable auto-negotiation on the 100G port and force all four interfaces to 10G or 25G. Be careful not to twist the thin wires as well.

This product is much cheaper than using fiber patch cables.

The signal quality is excellent, and it has significantly improved the speed and reliability of my network.

What is the length of the breakout for 30M cable? That is from the point where the trunk cable fans out to the individual transceivers.
