I feel like I can get a better product at a lesser price from FS.

I was recommended to use fs.com by a old colleague, he said that they will solve my problems.
And they did!

The SFP arrived Thursday afternoon (planned friday), worked straight out of the box in our Cisco switches.

FS AM recommended the SFP CWDM module for our 30km transmission project. He also checked the module’s compatibility for our devices, and said we could use our existing LC fibers for cost saving. For another link, we hoped the CWDM modules could support SDH-STM1 (155Mbps) and SDH-STM-4 (622Mbps). The man said the Gigabit modules were backward support 155 and 622Mbps rates, and sent its datasheet to us. Got the modules in a good package, and they worked cool on our devices. Really appreciated that the AM had been exceptional in assisting me and my business with technical advice. He was extremely prompt and professional, and would like to take time to understand our needs and went out of his way to help.

It was a pleasure to work with FS team. The AM was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in his service. He was able to demonstrate the connection of my new CWDM system by SFP CWDM module with great professionalism. Now, the modules make a reliable link for our project.

We installed these SFP in two different Netgear switches and the fiber link immediately came up and has work flawlessly.

The transceiver I received really surprised me. Will be back for more.
