The back could be of a bit better quality, but all in all I am very satisfied with the product.
Inserting the cable is easy and feels good. After the back snaps into each other, the plug is good to go and ready for use. So far all my fittings were perfect and all of them were ready for 1000GBase-T.
The usage is very easy: Just put the cable into the holder, cut them off at the end and insert it into the keystone plug. DONE.

These connectors were easy to punch down and I found the caps for the punch area were much nicer than other types I've used.
