About two weeks ago, we were preparing our purchase list including some SFP modules, fiber jumpers, panels, and CWDM MUX/DEMUXes. We'd love to buy all of the components from FS, but I was still uncertain whether the 9ch Single-fiber CWDM MUX/DEMUXes would fit our demands. So I turned to FS's account manager for help. The AM provided me with a solution of deploying 9ch and 2ch CWDM MUX/DEMUXes based on our case. The maximum link loss was within the range of acceptance. We need a 14km connection between two sites. We wanted to adopt a WDM solution, DWDM seems not cost-effective due to our tight budget.
