Yes we received everything and cables/transceivers worked perfectly fine in our lab, so nothing to complain about.
I haven't tested the FS box yet, but I will use the user guide you sent me.

Comes in a small and secure box padded with rubber like foam for protection. Worked immediately once I’ve installed them on my Cisco Nexus 9332PQ switch. Very satisfied!

I got 2 of these to test, once connected to my Juniper QFX3500 it met or excelled every burst and sustained test that we gave it. I don't see any difference between them and Juniper's own transceivers. So you can get the same functionality at a much lower cost by using these third-party transceivers.

Needed 40G modules for our Nexus N3K-3172PQ but didn’t want to pay Cisco's outstanding price. Ordered 4 of these because of the great price, and our switch accepted without issue. Saved a bunch of money.

I ordered these for our Cisco switches for 40G fiber connections. Last year we ordered many cables and modules from FS, and till now they still work great. Recently we are planning to update our network to 40G and we need a fairly wide variety of transceiver modules for our Cisco Nexus 9300 switches. Without hesitation, we chose to buy FS modules. So I talked about our network plan with their tech guys and they gave me their advice quickly. They helped us with a cost-effective scheme which saved us both cost and energy. So based on their suggestion, we chose to pick these modules for building our networks.

Delivery is on time. About one week after I ordered, these modules with well plugged dust caps came in a hard plastic which was then wrapped in a paper box. I was happy they came without breakage. FS always does a good job of packaging and delivery.

We plug them in switches and right away they are recognized. As they are supposed to be, they are plug and play as well as full functional in our Cisco switches. No compatibility problems so far. They have worked flawlessly and operated at a full speed, no packet errors or interface issues or anything like that. Hope this thing can last long.

In brief, I would like to recommend it to you. These modules are easily justifiable if you are going to use them in a data center or business.

We were eager to upgrade our 10G network to 40G.
Last year, we bought several access switches at fs and they worked perfectly. So, this time, I went straight to fs and hoped that they wouldn’t fail me. Things went as we expected, which was good. Their support team had always been considerate, designing and revising the migration solution based on our specific network construction and switches we had. The solution mainly used this 40G QSFP+ transceiver and MTP-LC harness cables. The harness cables had MTP connector at one end for 40G connection and 4 LC duplex cables (8 fibers) at the other end for 10G connection, which was nice to our upgrade. Just so happy to get the most suitable and customized plan.

I purchased them for the data center of one network redeveloped project. Since the transceivers support a transmission distance of up to 10km, they can cover the whole networking requirements of this project. So far, they have worked well with stable and fast transmission.
