Q:

We need to reset the password as we have lost it, or factory reset and reconfigure the switch. I have been looking through the documentation but have been unable to find the relevant commands. Is there a way to recover the switch, please?

by S***a on 03/11/2021

A:

There are two ways to recover the switch: 1. There is a reset button on the switch, after a long press for 10 seconds, it will factory reset automatically. 2. You can also delete the configuration in the command line, refer to the command: delete file name startup-config.

My order was delivered quickly and this switch is very impressive. It\'s a great way to provide 10gb access for a handful devices in a SOHO network and gigabit to older devices. It has support for any L2 features you could want. Far greater capability than I expected at this price. Very happy with this purchase.
