Yes, it can be used, 50Ghz DWDM SFP wavelength range is ±0.05nm, while 100Ghz DWDM MUX/DEMUX channel bandwidth is ±0.1nm, 50Ghz channel bandwidth is less than 100Ghz, there is no transmission interference. By FS on 04/11/2019

No, this Mux cannot transmit multiple100G DWDM directly, but it can transmit single 40/100G by using the 1310 port. If you want to transmit multiple 100G businesses, here suggest you use the CFP SR10 to divide into 10xSR through MTP-LC Harness Cables or use a 100G BO module via MTP-LC Harness Cables, then using an OEO to convert it into DWDM signal.
