40 Channels DWDM Mux Demux is a high density, low loss and standalone passive DWDM equipment for high-capacity terminal DWDM solutions that allows multiplexing of up to 40 wavelengths to a fibre pair. DWDM multiplexer is based on a-thermal AWG technology with Gaussian shaped pass bands. The unit contains two pieces of forty-channel DWDM 100GHz multiplexers (one mux, one demux) with monitor port that test the the power signal.

I've bought some transceivers here before, high performance and no compatibility issues. So I placed my order for some DWDM SFP+ transceivers, DWDM MUX/DEMUXes this time without hesitation. In order to expand our network, we deploy this 40 channel DWDM MUX/DEMUX system to achieve 400G in our data center. FYI, the distance is roughly 40 km, and we don't need to add additional devices. Fiber-saving and cost-saving, perfectly meet the infrastructure requirements of our network. I've recommended FS to my friends in the IT field already. This time we needed to connect three sites and every two sites were more than 20km apart. They initially suggested a cost-saving DWDM ring topology for our needs. We further made it clear that each site should not be influenced by the shutdown or brokedown of other sites, and we had plans to expand to 40ch networks in the future. They considerately changed their solution by designing three point-to-point 40ch DWDM networks for our three sites, which were proved to fit our needs. According to their solutions and suggestions, we bought three sets of 40 channels C21-C60 DWDM mux/demuxes and FMT platforms with EDFA/OLP/converter pluggable modules. We also ordered Cisco compatible DWDM transceivers, fiber patch cables, fiber optic attenuators, and fiber patch panels for use in these DWDM networks. We were glad to buy all these products from one supplier in minutes rather than spending much time inquiring several vendors. Packages came without any damages and all products were brand new. Thanks to their detailed network architecture diagram, we smoothly deployed the products and networks. They all ran well so far.
