The Mellanox Compatible QSFP28 to 2x 50G QSFP28 Direct Attach Cable operates over active copper, which allows for longer transmission distance and less thickness. This breakout cable is compliant with SFF-8665, QSFP28 MSA, SFF-8636, SFF-8679 standards.
It is suitable for very short distances, and offers a highly cost-effective Ethernet connectivity solution for the interconnection between devices using 100G QSFP28 ports and 50G QSFP28 ports in data centers, High Performance Computing (HPC) and Switches/Routers/Server/Storage racks and across adjacent racks.
Note: FS Box does not currently support changing H3C and HPE compatibility for DAC cables.
