1. Authorization of Third-Party Payers
By selecting a third-party payment method, you explicitly authorise your chosen third-party payer to process transactions on your behalf.
2. Customer Responsibility for Compliance
You undertake and represent that:
Your use of any third-party payer complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and data protection requirements; and
There is a legitimate commercial purpose for engaging a third-party payer. You agree to promptly provide additional information upon request, including the payer’s name, your relationship with the payer, and supporting documentation, to verify compliance.
3. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Disputes
FS assumes no liability for disputes arising from transactions processed by third-party payers authorised by you. Any issues regarding payment errors, delays, or unauthorised actions must be resolved directly between you and the designated payer.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions
Payments processed through third-party payers are final and non-refundable. FS is under no obligation to issue refunds for disputes or errors related to third-party payer services, including technical failures or unauthorised transactions.
5. Record-Keeping and Regulatory Cooperation
FS retains records of all transactions involving third-party payers in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
You consent to the retention and sharing of these records, including evidence of your authorisation and payer details, with regulators upon request to verify compliance with delegation requirements.
6. Independence of Third-Party Payers
You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the third-party payer selected is independent of FS.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery service?
Sorry that we do not offer Cash on Delivery service. Multiple payment methods are supported when you place an order at FS, including credit/debit card, PayPal, Direct Deposit, Net Terms, etc.
Why is certain payment method not available?
Possible reasons:
1. Country does not support. What payment methods are available mostly depends on the country in the shipping address. Some methods might not be available to buyers from a certain country.
2. Your FS account doesn't support. For example, Net Terms are available for business accounts with a line of credit established. If your account isn't Net account, Net Terms payment method won't be shown at checkout.

Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can change your payment method anytime before the payment is successfully paid to FS.
Payments that are yet to be completed can be found on My Orders. To change your payment method go to the My Orders > Pending > select the relevant order > Pay Now > select available payment method.
How do I know if my payment is successful?
Once the payment is received, you will receive an order email and you can also check the status under My Orders.
Why was my Credit/Debit Card refused?
If you can't check out with your credit/debit card, it may be due to transaction limits, card errors, unaccepted cards, or restrictions due to card misuse.
To find out why your card was refused in the first place, just contact your bank. They should be able to help. If the problem can't be solved in a short time, please try to pay again using a different card if you have one. Or, you can consider to change to a different payment method.
