Q: Who is eligible to apply for a business account?
A:
If you belong to a legal business, institution, enterprise, or other organisation, you can create a FS business account. You need provide some business information for verification. FS will process your application within 1-2 business day. You can trace updates in "Cases" and Email.
Q: What roles and functions do FS business account provide?
A:
Users are part of a business account, and have one or more roles.
- Business account administrators can add people who belong to the company. They can manage the roles, groups, and policies associated with users. At the same time, they can perform Buyer and Finance roles. Administrators can add or remove additional administrators to business account and groups.
- Buyers can access to saved carts, quotes, order historey, and returns after they are assigned permissions by the Administrator.
- Finance users can access to saved carts, quotes, order, returns, invoices and credits after they are assigned permissions by the Administrator.
Q: Will historical data be shared to company members after certification as a business account?
A:
Business account administrators can share individual order historey to the business account via the "share to business account" option on the order details page.
